Orders will either be hand made in the Kingdom of Bahrain or the United Kingdom. Shipping will vary between the two. All of the orders will either be shipped from the Kingdom of Bahrain or from the United Kingdom. The cost of your shipping will depend on the weight of your order. Shipping costs are all confirmed at the chechout process, before you continue to proceed with your payment. Below are the estimated time frames for you to have your order delivered to your address. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Makhdooma Creates sells Contemporary Fine Art Paintings. Makhdooma Creates includes photorealistic and abstarct paintings. Unfortunately we will not offer refunds or exhanges. Makhdooma Mallhi the Artist hand paints each of her paintings with a planned and fixed time frame. Makhdooma Mallhi personally packagges her paintings/ prints/ drawings. Please note that due to her paintings/ drawings being hand made, we cannot offer exhanges or refunds on our products.
If you have a concern, or for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us via email at makhdoomacreates@gmail.com We will look at your inquiry and let you know what we can do for you, depedning on your prints/ drawings/ photorealistic or abstract paintings. We ensure that your artwork is sent in the best condition so that nothing will be damaged when you recieve it to your given address. We will wrap your artwork with bubblewrap, foam and cardboard to keep the artwork safe and secure ready for you to display in your home.
